Do the Expression apps and web dashboard use the same credentials?

Yes, you will use the same credentials on both the web dashboard and apps. The credentials are provided when first opening your account.

Will Expression Guest Registry work on an Android tablet?

No, it is built on the iOS platform and is designed to only work on the Apple iPad. Currently we do not have any plans to develop for the Android platform. This decision was made mostly there are few enclosures readily available for the many different styles of Android tablets.

Can I change my username or password?

Your username cannot be changed, otherwise you will lose all current service records.

Your password can be changed when you make a special request. You must contact Expression directly at help@expressionguestregistry.com.

Where is my data stored?

Registry data is sent to two different servers located at different locations. This information is also stored on the app for 60 days.
