Setup Guide 4: View, Edit, Add, and Delete Guest Entries

It's always a good idea to review the guest entries after each service. Search and correct any blatant errors, incorrect capitalization, or known missing information. Correcting the errant information will make the registry book look clean and professional. Though you will probably never catch all the errors, you will catch the worst ones.

Viewing Entries

On the services Entries button, click the down arrow Down Arrow, and select View Entries.

Add New Brings you to the add new entry screen. There you will enter the guests information to the register.

Edit Brings you to the edit entry screen, to edit that entry. You will be able to edit all information including the name, address, and email address.

Delete Deletes the guest entry from the register. A confirmation box pop up confirming your action before it is deleted.

Add New or Edit Existing Entry

  1. Click Add New to create a new entry or click Edit next to the entry you would like to edit.

  2. Fill in or correct any fields that apply to the guest. Note: the name field is the only required field.

  3. At the bottom, click Add or Save.

Delete Entry

Be very cautious when deleting entries because this action is irreversible.

In the row of the entry you would like to delete, click the Delete button.

Confirm the deletion, and the entry is now gone from the register.
